De-stress Week, December 7-11

You’ve been working hard all semester, and the Library, Student Involvement and the Dean of Students Office are here to help you through the last few weeks.  Next week, December 7-11, is De-stress week, a time for students to relieve the stress of the semester and be calm and ready to take finals the following week.  Events will be held each day and all students are welcome.  Here’s the schedule (also available at

Every day, Monday-Friday : Coloring and Games
Take a break, show your creative side and play games. We’ll have coloring book pages and colored pencils, and board games in the Library.  Share your coloring creations on Twitter @domlibrary and @DUbeInvolved.

Every day, Monday-Friday : Hot Beverages and Snacks 8:30-10:00pm
Warm up, get caffeinated, and fulfill your late night cravings.  Enjoy coffee, hot chocolate and snacks every night in the Library at 8:30pm.

Tuesday, December 8: Chair Massages 1:00-5:00pm
Take care of those stress knots in your neck and shoulders.  Come to Room 111 in the Library to get a free chair massage.

Wednesday, December 9: Winter Wonderfest 11:00am-2:00pm in the Underground
Get into the holiday spirit with festive games and food from campus clubs and organizations.  This event is in the Underground.

Thursday, December 10: Therapy Dogs 2:30-3:30pm in the Underground
Our popular event returns.  Take in the cuteness and relieve stress in the company of therapy dogs.  The dogs will be in the Underground.
